At your request, Lizzie can create a menu based on a specific cuisine, dietary restriction, or flavor profile when possible utilizing local, organic products. She is happy to accommodate food allergies or special diets, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, paleo, or nut-free to name a few. If you are budget-minded, we can start with your desired price point, from which your chef will suggest dishes and ideas that will be both cost and time effective. -home delivery for reheat: A perfect way to finish your world class outdoor day is with an easy to reheat, world class meal delivered right to your home with explicit reheat instructions. Ideal for:
- aprés meals: delivery after a full day of skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fly fishing, river rafting, or golf
- romantic dinners for two
- group ski trips
-in-home small event catering for parties up to 40 people
-multi-course wine pairing dinners for up to 15 people
-picnic baskets and "to-go" lunches to take along on outdoor activities, such as music in the mountains or a full day hike

Lizzie is happy to accommodate any last minute requests to the best of her ability. Please note that requests within 72 hours of a delivery or event incur a small surcharge as planning ahead in Big Sky is essential as most product is not easily acquired.
