Though formally trained in French and Italian cooking, Lizzie loves utilizing her skills in a wide range of cuisines and frequently includes dishes with global influences in her custom menus. She blends restaurant techniques meant for food enjoyed immediately for in-home catering with an understanding of what makes a dish last, reheat easily and even get better with time for home delivery.  With an emphasis on what's local and organic, she sources the best product possible from nearby farmers and vendors in the Southwest Montana area.

Here are just a few ideas of the most requested and traditional home delivery meals Lizzie creates. Any of the mains are interchangeable with other side dishes. This is by no means a comprehensive list, as your chef loves to work with seasonal, fresh produce and discuss what each client's unique preferences are. Throw a party! Invite your friends, family and neighbors. All you have to do is relax. When your personal chef arrives, the evening is a breeze. Lizzie tailors each event based on the inclination of the patron: buffet style or plated, wine paired or casual. Depending on desires, anything can be provided to make the evening special, from plates and flatware to a server or bartender.  Any request is welcomed and will be accommodated as thoroughly as is possible. Following are a few ideas for an intimate evening in your home. As with the home delivery meals, each menu can be tailored to exactly what you want in order to ensure the most wonderful possible event.
